National Transfer Student Week
October 21 - 25, 2024
National Transfer Student Week is an annual event that celebrates and recognizes the unique experiences and contributions of transfer students in higher education. Typically observed in mid-October, it aims to raise awareness about the challenges transfer students face, promote their successes, and encourage institutions to create supportive environments. During this week, colleges and universities across the nation often host events, workshops, and activities to connect transfer students with resources, peers, and staff, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
